What is required?
For each customer site that needs to be monitored, a Windows® Server 2003 or above OS must be present for the installation. This can be an existing OS that is already in use, or an additional license.
Once the software has been installed, the Dealer can log into their dashboard, and begin proactively monitoring the customer’s IT environment.
Dealer access to the portal, including admission to program deployment guides and business planning and training are open in order to ensure the success of the trial.
The Dealer should be willing to dedicate the time and focus required to run through the trial. A small price to pay for gaining high margins and services revenue with little investment!
